Hot espresso and fresh laundry have at least two similarities: Both not only smell good, but have also been created by pressure. For espresso machines press water with high pressure through powder, while washing machines regulate their water levels with the help of pressure. So- called pressure monitors control compliance with the corresponding pressure. Beck GmbH PressureControlTechnology in Steinenbronn, south of Stuttgart, produces such measuring devices.
They are reliably marked with Linx inkjet printers from BluhmWeber Group. Their task is to apply highly individual codes to the variously rounded plastic sheaths of the devices. In some cases, they even work “hand in hand” with a robot arm.
